Originally a provicially inspected meat plant, currently CFIA (federally) inspected food/meat manucaturing facility.

Built in a 53' reefer container, featuring 3 manufacturing areas raw, cooking and packaging with an additional entrance/change area, self contained washroom and mechanical room. Fixtures include, propane fired boiler for both hot water and in floor heat, mini split A/C, commercial ventilation system, 850cfm make up air with hepa filtration. Electrical instalation is waterproof. Propane plumbing for hot water, oven and 2 x ranges. Plumbing, electrical and propane installations meet building code. Also wired for generator backup.

3 x stainless knee operated hand wash stations Double sink Triple sink Grease interceptor Concrete floor with food grade sealing and 3 x floor drains U/V water treatment Triple water filtration Wall and ceiling sealed with food grade sealant and paint. Foot baths and area seperation curtains. Assistance available for transport preparation and engineered drawings for footings available.
